What does white-label migration mean?
You sell the migration as part of your own service and own the customer relationship. Our engineers deliver it as part of your team, and every customer-facing document carries your name, not ours.
Will the customer talk to DataGrine?
Only if you want them to. Our engineers can join your calls and channels as members of your delivery team, or work only with your project lead.
Can the migration run in our own cloud?
Yes, in early access. The DataGrine migration engine is deployed in your cloud account with your name on the console, so customer data and credentials stay in your environment, and our engineers support every run.
Can you sign our NDA and subcontractor agreement?
Yes. We sign your NDA before access and work under your subcontracting terms. A data processing agreement is available as well.
Which platforms does white-label delivery cover?
All of them. White-label is a delivery model, not a separate product, so every product on the supported products page is available.
