Custom apps and integrations

Your helpdesk, connected and extended.

Custom apps inside the helpdesk, and integrations to the CRM, billing, issue tracker and phone system around it. Built by the engineers who run migrations, documented and owned by you.

What we build

Apps inside the helpdesk. Integrations around it.

Custom apps

Your own data and actions in the agent view, custom steps in the helpdesk’s automation, and customer-facing experiences the native features do not cover.

  • Customer and order context beside the conversation
  • Actions without leaving the ticket
  • Custom workflow steps and validation
  • Customer-facing forms, booking and CSAT

Integrations

The helpdesk is never the only system. We connect it to the tools that hold the rest of the customer record, and keep them in step.

  • CRM contact and company sync, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Issue trackers such as Jira and Linear
  • Databases and warehouses, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
  • Phone, chat and messaging tools
  • Reports and alerts in Slack or email

Platforms

Built on each helpdesk’s own framework.

Integration routes

Four ways in. We start with the simplest.

01

Marketplace apps

When the vendor already maintains an app that covers the case, we install and configure it rather than rebuild it.

02

Make and Zapier

Multi-step automations built in your own account and documented, so changing a step is an edit, not a ticket.

03

Data connectors

Live lookups and actions in an external system from workflows and the inbox, over your API.

04

Custom builds

The REST API, webhooks and each helpdesk’s app framework, for logic the other routes cannot express: two-way sync, middleware, an app inside the inbox.

How we build them

Built for the day it fails, not just the day it ships.

  • Official apps and documented APIs, never scraping
  • Credentials scoped to the minimum each app needs
  • Retries and failure alerts, so silent breakage is not a surprise
  • Documented, and yours at hand-over
Which helpdesks can you build for?

Intercom (Canvas Kit), Zendesk (Zendesk Apps Framework), Freshdesk (Freshworks Developer Kit), HubSpot Service Hub, Salesforce Service Cloud, Gorgias and Zoho Desk.

Can you connect our helpdesk to Salesforce, HubSpot or a database?

Yes. CRM contact and company sync between the helpdesk and Salesforce or HubSpot, and data connectors to a database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, a data warehouse, or any other system with an API. We connect Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk and the other helpdesks above to whatever holds the rest of the customer record.

Do you build custom, or use an existing app?

An existing app first, if it genuinely covers the case. Then Make, Zapier or a data connector. We build custom when none of those can express your logic.

Who owns the code and the integration?

You do. It runs in your accounts on your credentials, and the repository and documentation are yours at hand-over. Maintenance is optional.

Can you build these alongside a migration?

Yes. Many teams need a connection to the CRM, billing or an issue tracker re-created in the new helpdesk. We can scope it with the migration.

Tell us what is not talking to what.

Describe the systems and the workflow between them. You will get an honest answer on whether it needs custom work at all.

  • A written mapping document before anything moves
  • A sample migration you review before the live run
  • Delta sync at cut-over and rollback per run
  • 24/7 premium support until you sign off
