Services · Build
For the gaps your stack cannot cover.
Every support organisation eventually hits something its platform will not do. We build the piece that closes the gap - in your infrastructure, documented, and yours to keep.
What we build
Four kinds of custom work.
All of it sits close to the support stack. That constraint is deliberate - it is where we are actually useful.
Agent-facing apps
Panels and sidebar apps inside the help desk that surface your own data or trigger your own actions, so the answer is where the conversation is.
Automation services
The logic your platform cannot express: multi-step processes, scheduled jobs, conditional routing that depends on your business rules rather than the vendor's.
Customer portals
Self-serve surfaces for your customers: status, history, requests and account actions, wired to the same data your support team sees.
Data tooling
Reconciliation, auditing, bulk operations and one-off transformations. The unglamorous tooling that makes a large data estate manageable.
How we work
Three commitments.
Scoped small, shipped early
The first version does one thing and reaches real users quickly. Big-bang internal tools are where budget goes to die.
In your infrastructure
Your cloud, your repositories, your credentials. Nothing depends on us continuing to host it.
Handed over properly
Documented, with the reasoning written down. Your team should be able to change it without calling us.
The same engineers who move your data build these. That is the advantage - nobody has to explain your systems to a new team first.
Our own tooling
We build this for ourselves, too.
Our own migration engine - the one behind every project we run - is the clearest example of what this team builds: connectors, mapping, reconciliation and job orchestration over messy third-party APIs.
- Connectors against rate-limited, inconsistent APIs
- Field mapping and transformation at volume
- Job orchestration with retries and resumability
- Reconciliation reporting you can audit
Questions
Worth asking first.
Is this a full software development agency offering?
No, and we would rather be clear about it. We build around customer-data and support systems - the domain we already know. For a greenfield product unrelated to that, another team will serve you better.
How do you price this?
Fixed price per scoped phase wherever the scope is genuinely knowable, which it usually is once the first conversation is done. Open-ended discovery is billed as a short paid scoping engagement instead of being hidden in an estimate.
What if we just need someone to finish something half-built?
That is a normal request. We will read the existing code and tell you honestly whether finishing it or restarting it is cheaper - including when the answer is that you do not need us.
Tell us what your platform will not do.
If it can be solved with configuration instead of code, we will tell you that - it is a shorter and cheaper conversation for everyone.
- A written mapping document before anything moves
- A dry run you review in a sandbox
- Fixed price, agreed up front
- The workflows rebuilt too, where we implement
